JOYBLACK® polyethylene carrier series black masterbatch from Jiucai New Materials is made from high-quality pigment carbon black and virgin carrier resin, scientifically formulated with excellent melt dispersion and careful pelletizing. It features high carbon black content, high blackness, excellent dispersibility, and superior stability. In product processing, it exhibits excellent dilution properties, versatility, and ease of processing, resulting in products with superior gloss, chemical resistance, and weather resistance. Applicable plastics include: PA, PE, PP, PS, ABS, PC/ABS, ASA, and PC. Recommended dosage: Add as needed based on process requirements and product type, ranging from 0.5% to 30%.

1. PE2080 black masterbatch, 45%, 35%, high carbon black content, medium blackness masterbatch, with excellent dispersibility and hiding power. The product has excellent smoothness, good weather resistance, UV resistance, mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It has good versatility, dilution and easy processing performance, and is an economical grade.

2. PE2081 black masterbatch, 45%, 35%, high carbon black content, medium blackness masterbatch, with good dispersibility and hiding power. It has good smoothness, good weather resistance, UV resistance, mechanical properties and chemical resistance in pipe and film production. It also has good versatility, dilution and easy processing performance.

It is mainly used for modification and injection molding.
