The company produces straight seam double-sided submerged arc welded steel pipes that cover a full range of specifications, from outer diameter of 406.4-1422.4mm, with the highest steel grade of X80 and the maximum wall thickness of 40mm, making them suitable for various scenarios, from urban pipeline networks to long-distance oil and gas pipelines.

Straight seam submerged arc welded pipes are widely used in oil and gas fields such as long-distance natural gas pipelines, crude oil pipelines, submarine oil and gas pipelines, acidic oil and gas pipelines, urban gas pipeline networks, and refined oil transportation. They can be adapted to extreme service environments such as deep sea, acid, and high pressure.

High-end steel structure pipes possess high strength, high toughness, excellent welding performance, and resistance to deformation. They are widely used in large-scale infrastructure and industrial applications such as wind power projects, bridge infrastructure, high-speed rail steel structures, super high-rise buildings, mining pipelines, and coal-water slurry transportation.

JCOE forming technology has core advantages such as fewer forming molds, a wide range of pipe diameters, a high upper limit on pipe wall thickness, and a fast product changeover speed. It can adapt to large-volume trunk line supply and can also flexibly undertake small-batch customized orders, making it the mainstream forming technology for high-end engineering pipelines.

The company can provide a variety of anti-corrosion solutions, including FBE single-layer epoxy anti-corrosion, 2LPE/3LPE double/triple-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion, 2LPP/3LPP polypropylene anti-corrosion, and internal wall drag-reducing epoxy spraying. It uses high-end anti-corrosion substrates to effectively resist acid and alkali corrosion and oxidation aging, and is suitable for various complex working conditions.

3PE (three-layer polyethylene) anti-corrosion pipe is composed of an epoxy powder bottom layer, an adhesive middle layer, and a polyethylene outer layer. It has both excellent anti-corrosion performance and mechanical impact resistance, and strong resistance to water vapor penetration. It is the mainstream anti-corrosion solution for underground pre-buried oil and gas long-distance pipelines.

The products have excellent low-temperature toughness and CO₂ corrosion resistance, which can meet the long-term safe operation requirements of carbon capture and carbon conveying projects and are suitable for the engineering needs of dual-carbon tracks.
