The collaboration process includes requirements communication, solution customization, formula prototyping, sample confirmation, contract signing, mass production, quality control testing, and finished product delivery, with a dedicated contact person following up throughout the entire process.

Relying on the CMA testing laboratory of Meigu Laibo under the group, we can complete all safety and efficacy tests for products, and simultaneously provide supporting product filing and registration compliance materials, realizing a one-stop closed loop of production, testing and compliance.

Holding three major international authoritative certifications—GMPC, ISO22716, and Sedex 4P—its production system complies with international cosmetic standards.

We select various raw materials from well-known international and domestic manufacturers to ensure the effectiveness and safety of our products. At the same time, our group's member company, Planta Technology, provides patented customized raw materials, relying on exclusive patented compound raw materials such as exosomes, small molecule repair, Rhodiola rosea anti-aging, and plant acne treatment to create differentiated effects.

The production end adopts a complete digital production management system to achieve data traceability throughout the entire production process; it is equipped with an advanced formula error prevention system and weighing system, which are connected to the ERP system. The entire production process is controlled by a computer system to eliminate human error.

Equipped with a 100,000-level GMPC cleanroom, and featuring independent freeze-drying production and BFS aseptic filling units, it can achieve aseptic freshness-locking production of products with high-activity ingredients, preservative-free single-use products, and post-medical aesthetic repair products.

With a 15,000㎡ standardized production plant and 21 fully automated intelligent production lines, the company has an annual comprehensive production capacity of up to 550 million pieces, which can meet the needs of large-scale mass production of all categories of skin care products.

All production formulas are co-created by 500+ dermatologists, and rely on the Oriental Beauty Valley Functional Skincare Research Institute to complete skin mechanism research and clinical testing. Each product has complete clinical efficacy data and professional expert endorsement, and its scientificity and efficacy far exceed those of ordinary OEM products in the industry.

Using BFS aseptic filling technology, it achieves preservative-free production and focuses on single-use serums and hyaluronic acid ampoules. These products are gentle, safe, and sterile, locking in freshness. They are especially suitable for the daily delicate care of fragile and sensitive skin, overcoming the industry pain point that highly active skin care products are prone to deactivation and deterioration.

Using a low-temperature freeze-drying process to preserve freshness, the product retains the high activity of ingredients to the greatest extent. It focuses on sensitive skin repair, post-medical aesthetic repair, anti-aging and firming, and skin stabilization and brightening. It includes freeze-dried powder, freeze-dried mask, freeze-dried essence and other categories, which are suitable for the high-end functional skin care market.

Covering five core sectors: freeze-dried benchmark series, BFS sterile single-use series, medical research functional skincare series, fragrance personal care, freeze-dried makeup, baby series, medical beauty series, etc., we can undertake customized manufacturing of all categories of functional skincare and cosmetic products.

The ODM model covers a one-stop intelligent manufacturing service for products, from raw material innovation, formula development, customized implementation, large-scale production to compliance support, including the complete process of raw material customization, formula development, dosage form customization, product design, and production implementation.

Two main cooperation models are offered:
