At the same time, our group's member company, Planta Technology, provides patented customized raw materials, relying on exclusive patented compound raw materials such as exosomes, small molecule repair, Rhodiola rosea anti-aging, and plant acne treatment to create differentiated effects.

The production end adopts a complete digital production management system to achieve data traceability throughout the entire production process; it is equipped with an advanced formula error prevention system and weighing system, which are connected to the ERP system. The entire production process is controlled by a computer system to eliminate human error.

Equipped with a 100,000-level GMPC cleanroom, and featuring independent freeze-drying production and BFS aseptic filling units, it can achieve aseptic freshness-locking production of products with high-activity ingredients, preservative-free single-use products, and post-medical aesthetic repair products.

With a 15,000㎡ standardized production plant and 21 fully automated intelligent production lines, the company has an annual comprehensive production capacity of up to 550 million pieces, which can meet the needs of large-scale mass production of all categories of skin care products.
