The short version

Airfly supplies airline cabin and galley products from Shantou, China. We work with airlines and catering companies across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

Why we exist

In 2004, Kelly Lin, together with her family, founded Shantou Tongde Craft Products Co., Ltd. Over the following 22 years, Tongde produced aircraft models and food-grade inflight tableware for more than 100 airlines worldwide.

Throughout those years, Kelly worked directly with our customers — understanding their needs, translating them to the production team, and strictly controlling product quality.

For two decades, our airline customers — old and new — kept asking us the same question:

"You know our industry, our product needs, and our quality standards. Can you also supply blankets, tableware, amenity kits, galley boxes — the things we actually use on every flight?"

We heard this question for years. In March 2026, we finally decided to answer it. That's how Airfly started.

Tongde is still there, run by Kelly's family. Aircraft model orders continue exactly as before. Airfly is Kelly's new focus — everything airlines need on the trolley and in the cabin, beyond the model on a shelf.

How we actually work

We don't own every factory. We could never own enough factories to make blankets, ceramic dishes, plastic cutlery, metal galley boxes, and paper cups all under one roof — nobody can.

What we do instead is this: we've spent years building relationships with specialized manufacturers across Guangdong. Each one is good at one thing. We've visited them, audited them, and we know their production lines.

When you order from Airfly, you talk to us. Not to five different factories on five different WeChat accounts. We coordinate design, production, quality control, pre-shipment inspection, certification documents, and shipping. We handle every step so you do not have to.

If a quality problem comes up, it is our problem, not yours. You contracted with Airfly, and we stand behind every order.

What we're comfortable with

We welcome small trial orders. If you want to test us with 200 blankets or 500 sets of cutlery before committing, that's fine.

We welcome you to audit our factories, or sending SGS and Bureau Veritas to inspect before shipment. We have nothing to hide.

We are happy to quote alongside your existing suppliers. You compare, you decide.

We're comfortable saying no. If a product isn't right for your route or your budget, we'll tell you.

How we ask to begin

Just give us a chance to quote. Send us two or three part numbers, or tell us what you're looking for. We'll come back within 48 hours.

If the price is right and the samples pass your inspection, great — we'll start working together. If not, no hard feelings. We'd rather you be honest with us than place an order you're not sure about.

That's how we've done business for 22 years. We intend to keep doing it that way.Our network is growing — we add new partner factories as they pass our audits.
