·Processing Procedure
1. Raw material preparation
The production of borosilicate glass injection vials mainly uses borosilicate glass as the raw material. Firstly, high-purity silica, borax, and quartz sand need to be prepared as the main raw materials. At the same time, it is necessary to add appropriate additives such as alumina, zinc oxide, etc. to improve the melting and stability of the glass.
2. Melt molding
Pour the prepared raw materials into a high-temperature electric furnace in a certain proportion for melting. The melting process requires strict temperature control to ensure uniform composition and stable quality of the glass. While melting, impurities and bubbles are removed by controlling the atmosphere and temperature inside the furnace to ensure the purity and transparency of the glass.
3. Forming and Annealing
Molten glass liquid is molded into glass tubes through injection molding or blow molding processes. Then, the glass tube is annealed to eliminate internal stress and improve the physical properties of the glass. The annealing temperature and time need to be adjusted according to the requirements of the county to ensure the stability and reliability of the glass.
4. Quality inspection
Quality inspection is a very important step in the production process of borosilicate glass injection vials. By inspecting the appearance, size, wall thickness, etc. of the glass tube, the qualification rate and consistency of the product are ensured. At the same time, chemical and mechanical performance tests are also required to meet the requirements of injection packaging.
5. Cleaning and packaging
The borosilicate glass injection vials that have passed quality inspection need to be cleaned and packaged. The cleaning process includes removing dust and pollutants from the inner and outer surfaces of the glass tube to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the product. Then, pack the glass tube into a special packaging box to protect the product from external environmental influences.
6. Finished product inspection and quality control
In the final stage of the production process, comprehensive inspection and quality control of the finished product are also required. By inspecting the appearance, size, capacity, etc. of the product, the qualification rate and reliability of the product are ensured. At the same time, a series of physical and chemical performance tests are required to meet the requirements of injection packaging.
