Yes, we provide free samples (1-2 rolls) for customers to test, and customers only need to bear the shipping cost. For large-scale cooperation customers, we can bear the sample shipping cost.

If the product has quality problems (non-human damage) within the warranty period, we will confirm the problem through test reports and photos, and provide solutions such as replacement, repair or compensation according to the actual situation.

Under normal working conditions (compliant with product usage specifications), the service life of PPS film is 5-8 years, and PAEK film can reach 8-12 years. The specific service life depends on the application scenario and working environment (such as temperature, corrosion intensity).
