XOO Wallet

XOO Wallet is the digital wallet of the XOOCITY ecosystem. On XOOBAY it is your account: you use it to sign in to the marketplace, the Member Center and the Seller Center. This page explains how XOO Wallet works with XOOBAY; for the wallet’s own features, see the XOO Wallet website.

1. Get XOO Wallet

· In your browser: click “Sign in” on XOOBAY and the XOO Wallet window opens; you can sign in or create a wallet there.

· As an app: App Store, Google Play or Android APK.

2. Using XOO Wallet on XOOBAY

· Sign in: click “Sign in” at the top right of the page. The first sign-in creates your XOOBAY member account; if you had an account on the previous XOOBAY website with the same verified email address, it is linked automatically.

· The XOO Wallet button at the bottom right of marketplace pages opens your wallet.

· Profile: the nickname, avatar and bio you change in the Member Center are saved to your XOO Wallet profile.

· Store owners: a store belongs to the XOO Wallet that opened it or was linked to it, and you sign in to the Seller Center with that wallet. Store earnings can be withdrawn to a bank account or to the XOO Wallet bound to the store; the bound wallet can’t be changed in the Seller Center — contact XOOBAY if it needs to change.

· Store staff: an invitation to join a store as staff must be accepted with the XOO Wallet account that uses the invited email address.

3. Payments and points

· Orders on the XOOBAY marketplace are paid at checkout by credit card, from a bank account or in USDT; Alipay is not supported. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

· XOO Points are not currently available on XOOBAY. Shopping points are a separate XOOBAY reward: they are earned on completed marketplace orders (and, where offered, for product reviews), can be used to pay part of an order at checkout, and can’t be withdrawn or transferred.
