Operation Instructions

1. Fill the liquid bottle with cleaning solution, connect to 220V AC power supply. Press the button switch to start the gun. It will produce strong vibration impact sound and begin spraying after several seconds with low normal working noise. The gun will spray each time you press the switch afterwards.

2. If it fails to work normally, adjust the rear knob: screw the knob in first and then push it slowly until you get the lowest noise and maximum pressure. (Note: Do not frequently adjust this position in daily use.) Test pressure with your hand 50cm away from the nozzle; strong vibration can be felt.

3. Effective stain removal distance: 10–15 cm between nozzle and workpiece. Operate at a 45° downward angle, spray repeatedly until stains are removed.

Maintenance & Care

1. The gun supports continuous operation, but avoid overheating to prevent damage.

2. Normal sound with no spray or weak spraying usually means nozzle blockage. Unscrew the nozzle to clear debris, or gently unclog it from inside out with a fine needle.

3. Normal spraying but insufficient or unstable pressure: open the handle cover and check if pump fastening screws are loose.

4. Abnormal sound and no spraying: possible broken pump spring. Loosen fastening screws and replace the spring.

5. After work: idle spray for a few seconds to drain residual liquid inside the pump. Pour white oil through the oil hole and idle the gun for several seconds.

6. The spray gun can run trouble-free under normal conditions. If damaged due to overlong working hours, improper maintenance or human factors, please send it back to our factory or local authorized service point for repair.

7. This is a high-pressure impact spray gun. Never aim the nozzle at people. Keep it out of children’s reach.
