About XOOBAY

XOOBAY (www.xoobay.com) is a global B2B2C wholesale marketplace that connects suppliers and manufacturers with wholesale and retail buyers around the world. XOOBAY is part of the XOOCITY AI ecosystem, was incubated by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), and carries forward more than two decades of cross-border B2B trade experience from BusyTrade.

1. For buyers

· Find products by keyword, by describing what you need in plain language, or by photo; filter by price, supplier and attributes; or ask the AI Assistant.

· Buy in bulk or in small quantities: quantity discounts where the product offers them, minimum order quantities and samples set by each supplier, and B2B Inquiries for quotations.

· Sign in with XOO Wallet; guests can browse and add items to the cart. Prices are in US dollars, with an optional display currency for reference, and the site is available in ten languages.

· Pay by credit card, from a bank account or in USDT (Alipay is not supported). Orders are shipped by each supplier, after-sales requests are made in the order, and XOOBAY reviews disputes — see the Shipping & Return Policy.

· Coupons and shopping points: shopping points are earned on completed marketplace orders and can be used to pay part of an order at checkout; they can’t be withdrawn as cash. XOOBAY does not currently offer XOO Points.

2. For suppliers

· Open a store with your XOO Wallet. Every store is reviewed by XOOBAY before it goes live, and stores that have uploaded their identity documents and passed review show a certification badge.

· Publish products in the Seller Center or import them in bulk. Product text is translated into the site’s ten languages, and new listings are checked against XOOBAY’s merchant compliance rules before going on sale.

· Product pages present clear facts, specifications and FAQs so that search engines and AI assistants can understand and cite them (Generative Engine Optimization, GEO).

· A store can also run its own store website on a xoobay.com subdomain or its own domain, with its own template, sign-in and payment methods, and can add AI customer service that answers from the store’s own information.

· Store levels set the allowances for store websites, languages, custom domains and AI usage, and the commission on orders paid through XOOBAY.
