Parameter 1 (outer diameter range): 406.4mm to 1422.4mm, covering the entire series of medium and large diameters, using JCOE precision forming process, with pipe diameter tolerance controlled within ±0.4%.

Parameter 2 (wall thickness range): 6mm to 50mm, with high wall thickness uniformity and a deviation of no more than ±12.5%, suitable for high-pressure transmission and heavy-duty structural conditions.

Parameter 3 (maximum steel grade): API 5L PSL2 X80N, which meets the NACE MR0175 acid service requirements and HIC/SSC hydrogen embrittlement resistance standards.

Outer diameter range (406.4–1422.4mm): The large diameter design can meet the pipe diameter requirements of high flow and high load scenarios such as long-distance oil and gas transmission trunk lines, urban gas pipeline main lines, and large bridge pile foundations; JCOE forming process ensures excellent pipe roundness and high dimensional accuracy, which is conducive to on-site welding and pipeline laying efficiency.

Wall thickness range (6–50 mm): The thick-walled design gives the steel pipe excellent pressure resistance and deformation resistance, and can withstand high pressure fluid transportation (PN≥10MPa) and lateral earth pressure and axial load of deep underground pile foundations; the high uniformity of wall thickness avoids early failure caused by local stress concentration.

The highest steel grade, X80N, is a high-grade material with higher yield strength (≥555MPa) and tensile strength (≥655MPa), maintaining a safety margin while ensuring thinner walls and lighter weight. X80N steel grade passes the low-temperature toughness test (Charpy impact energy ≥80J at -20℃), making it suitable for oil and gas pipeline projects in extremely cold regions and service requirements in acidic conditions (H₂S environment).
