Black masterbatch for blown film
JOYBLACK® series blown film black masterbatch from Jiucai New Materials is produced using pigment carbon black and virgin carrier resin. It features high carbon black content, high blackness, low odor, good dispersibility, good consistency, and good stability. It is used in blown film and casting processes for polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE) films to produce agricultural films, mulch films, silage films, greenhouse films, shopping bags, garbage bags, industrial and building films, composite films, and surface protective films, etc.
Blown film, also known as blown film process, is a process that involves heating and melting plastic particles and then blowing them into a thin film. This process typically involves first extruding the polymer to form a tubular preform, then inflating the preform to the desired thickness using high-pressure air, and finally cooling and shaping it into a thin film.
I. Product Advantages:
The all-new Coperion ZSK twin-screw extruder, the innovative stabilized carbon black feeding technology, the multi-stage impurity removal and purification device, the innovative homogenization process, the fully automated packaging process, and the unmanned intelligent production workshop. Nine-color black masterbatch – no recycled materials, no reclaimed materials, and no fillers added.
(1) Meets food contact standards;
(2) Excellent dispersibility, which is beneficial for printing and processing;
(3) High light-blocking properties;
(4) High UV filtration rate;
(5) Thin film production process, blown film.
II. Usage and Dosage
It is easily diluted and homogenized in molten plastic and can be added directly or after pre-mixing. Add in appropriate amounts according to the production process and product requirements; recommended addition amount: 3-20%.
