High-end watch selection and troubleshooting consultation

I. Service Name:

Online consultation for authentication and condition assessment of high-end watches

II. Scope of Services:

We offer online authentication and evaluation consultations for users who intend to purchase or already own high-end watches. Users submit photos, videos, and accompanying documents (warranty card, invoice, packaging box, etc.). Based on their professional experience and brand characteristic database, consultants conduct a preliminary assessment and analysis of the watch's appearance, condition, and potential risks of refurbishment/modification/repair/water damage. They then provide a written preliminary authentication opinion to help users understand the true condition of the watch before or during the transaction, avoiding transaction traps such as refurbished watches, assembled watches, and watches that have been water-damaged and over-repaired.

III. Target audience:

Consumers who are preparing to buy a second-hand watch but are worried about getting a refurbished/assembled/water-damaged watch; watch owners who already own a watch and want to verify its authenticity and condition; buyers who purchased watches through unofficial channels and need to verify its authenticity and original condition; and owners who intend to sell their watches and need to understand the condition rating in advance for the transaction.

IV. Scope of Watch Brands Supported for Service:

Rolex, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, IWC, Omega, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Chopard, and other mainstream high-end watch brands.

V. Service Format:

Users submit multi-angle photos and videos of the watch online (dial, case, case back, buckle, warranty card, accessories, etc.). Consultants conduct remote image authentication and analysis based on professional authentication experience and the brand's craftsmanship feature database, and issue a preliminary written authentication and consultation report, including opinions on authenticity, condition rating reference, potential risk warnings, and suggestions for subsequent physical authentication, which are sent back to the user in text form.

IX. Disclaimer for Consulting Services:

Online appraisals are based on photos and videos provided by users. Due to limitations such as image clarity, shooting angle, and lighting conditions, the appraisal opinions are preliminary and do not constitute a final appraisal conclusion. Items such as the condition of the watch's internal movement and repair marks in hidden parts, which cannot be accurately determined from images, require physical inspection for confirmation. The final appraisal conclusion is based on an appraisal report issued after professional offline physical inspection. Users should not make transaction decisions solely based on preliminary online appraisal opinions. This consultation service fee is non-refundable once collected.
