On the XOOBAY marketplace (www.xoobay.com), your account is your XOO Wallet. There is no separate email-and-password registration on XOOBAY: the first time you sign in with XOO Wallet, your XOOBAY member account is created.

1. Sign in or create an account

· Click “Sign in” at the top right of any page (or go to checkout). The XOO Wallet window opens.

· Sign in to your XOO Wallet, or create one in the same window by following its steps. You can also use the XOO Wallet app — see the XOO Wallet guide.

· Once you are signed in, your avatar appears in the header, and the Member Center shows your orders, cart, favourites, addresses, messages, inquiries, coupons and shopping points.

You can browse and add items to the cart without signing in; the cart is kept for 90 days and is merged into your account when you sign in. You need to sign in to place an order.

2. If you had an account on the previous XOOBAY website

Sign in with the XOO Wallet whose verified email address is the same as your previous XOOBAY account: the two are linked automatically. Merchants whose previous store isn’t linked automatically can claim it on the Open a store page with their original seller account and password.

3. Complete your profile

· Member Center → Profile: change your nickname, avatar and short bio; they are saved to your XOO Wallet profile as well.

· Member Center → Addresses: add a shipping address and choose the country; addresses in South Korea also need a personal customs clearance code.

· In the header, choose your language, display currency and “Ship to” country to see estimated shipping and taxes.

4. Signing in on store websites

Some suppliers run their own store website on a xoobay.com subdomain or their own domain. Store websites have their own sign-in: an email verification code, plus any social logins (such as Google or Facebook) that the store has set up. A sign-in made on a store website applies only to that store website.

5. Open a store

· After signing in, go to the Member Center and click Open a store (or open the Open a store page), then fill in your store details.

· Upload your certification documents under Seller Center → Store profile: a company needs its business licence and the front and back of the legal representative’s ID; an individual needs the front and back of their ID. The documents are watermarked for verification use, seen only by XOOBAY staff and never shown on store pages.

· XOOBAY reviews every new store before it goes live. You’ll get a platform message with the result; if changes are needed, the reason is shown on the Seller Center home page and you can resubmit. Stores with complete documents that have passed review show a certification badge.

· More answers for sellers are in the Merchant Guide.

6. Keep your account safe

· Keep your XOO Wallet password and verification codes to yourself, and sign out on shared devices.

· Card and bank details are entered on the payment provider’s page, not on XOOBAY.

7. Need help?

Questions about XOO Wallet itself (creating a wallet, password, wallet features) are answered on the XOO Wallet website. For anything about XOOBAY, use Contact support on the website or email [email protected].
