Payments & Settlement

Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. Marketplace orders can be paid by credit card (such as Visa and Mastercard) on the payment provider's secure page; card details are not entered on XOOBAY. Orders are charged in US dollars, and your card issuer may convert the amount into your card's currency. On a store website, card payment is available if that store has set it up.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
On the marketplace you can pay from a bank account when the checkout offers that option; the methods available for your order are shown at checkout, and there is no separate manual wire-transfer process for marketplace orders. Some store websites accept bank transfer: the store shows its bank details, you make the transfer and can add your payment reference, and the store confirms receipt before shipping.
What is XOO Wallet?
XOO Wallet is the digital wallet of the XOOCITY ecosystem, and on XOOBAY it is your account: you use it to sign in to the marketplace and the Seller Center, and a store's earnings can be withdrawn to the XOO Wallet bound to that store. You can use it in the browser pop-up or in the app (App Store, Google Play or Android APK). See the XOO Wallet guide.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
Only USDT. Marketplace orders can be paid in USDT when the checkout offers it; USDC and XOO are not accepted for orders, and orders are always priced in US dollars. Store-level annual fees can also be paid by USDT transfer.
What are the fees?
Buyers pay no platform service fee: you pay the product price plus shipping, minus any discounts, as shown at checkout, and import duties and taxes are paid separately. Sellers pay an annual store-level fee and a commission of 8–15%, depending on the level, on orders paid through XOOBAY, plus 2% on withdrawals; orders paid through a seller's own payment methods on its store website carry no commission. See the Merchant Guide for the levels.
Can I get an invoice for tax purposes?
Each order has invoices issued by the seller: a proforma invoice before payment and a numbered commercial invoice after payment, both downloadable as PDF from the order details. Before the commercial invoice is issued, you can add your company name, VAT or tax number and billing address. Whether it meets your local tax requirements depends on your jurisdiction and the seller's registration, so check with your accountant if needed.
How are currency exchanges handled?
All prices and payments are in US dollars. You can choose one of 18 display currencies in the header; converted amounts are for reference only, and you are charged the USD amount shown at checkout. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts it at its own rate. Seller settlements and withdrawals are also in US dollars.
Are transactions secure?
Card and bank payments are completed on the payment provider's own checkout page, and XOOBAY doesn't store card numbers. An order is marked as paid only after the provider confirms the payment and the amount matches. Orders may be held for risk review before they ship, and paid orders are covered by the after-sales process: you can request a refund, and XOOBAY reviews disputes between buyers and sellers.
How fast is seller settlement?
An order is settled 7 days after it is completed (when the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically 30 days after shipment), once the return window has passed. The amount, minus commission, then moves to your available balance; if an after-sales request is open, settlement waits until it is resolved. You can follow each order's settlement and your monthly statements under Seller Center → Earnings & payouts. Orders paid through your own payment methods on your store website aren't settled through XOOBAY, because the money is already in your account.
