Are there features just for wholesale buying?
Yes: tiered wholesale discounts by quantity (5+, 10+ and 20+ pieces, chosen per product), minimum order quantities, samples with their own price and per-buyer limit, and inquiries with formal quotations (unit price, MOQ, up to five price tiers, shipping and validity) that the buyer can order from directly. Hidden prices visible only to approved trade buyers are not supported.
Can I integrate my existing ERP or CRM system?
There is no public API yet. You can import products in bulk from a CSV file (XOOBAY's template or a Shopify export), export orders to CSV, ship in bulk by uploading tracking numbers in a CSV file, and, on store levels that include it, export your customer list.
How do I handle bulk RFQs?
Bulk requests arrive as inquiries under Seller Center → Inquiries, with the buyer's quantity, target price, destination and timeline. AI can draft a reply from your store's information, leaving anything it can't find as a [placeholder] that you must fill in before sending. You can also send a quotation for a specific product and variant, with tiered prices, MOQ, shipping and validity, and its notes are translated into the buyer's language. The buyer can then order at the quoted price straight from the conversation.
