Manufacturing Process1. Titanium mesh pretreatment (acid pickling, sandblasting) to enhance adhesion 2. Coating preparation (thermal decomposition, sputtering, or sol-gel method) 3. High-temperature sintering (400-600℃) for stable coating bonding
